Scott tried to humor his daughter who saw him more and more as a baby to be babied as his height approached such dimensions. But going along just to get along did no favors for his mind.
As she shoveled the Gerber's food into his mouth he couldn't help but actually feel as if he were an infant. After all, did he not need help for everything now? To open doors?... To pick common everyday items up?.. To get to places too high to reach? Yes, he indeed did.
Not to mention that when his daughter would insist on playing house with him, should he not cooperate, he'd find himself being pushed, pulled, and bullied into her room for playtime anyway.
And to make matters all together worse, Louise didn't do much to stop their daughter from having her way with him either these days. Sure at first she would admonish her daughter to leave her father alone but the constant persistence of a child had eventually won the day.
Scott was now bound day after day for the rest of his days with his family to be ensconced within a living hell..
"What had he done to deserve this?" He would often contemplate.

I really do love this, I would hate to be shrunk & played with by a child but cannot deny how excited this makes me feel, I can see Scott running from Beth as she grabs & drags him to her room to play, knowing that before long she will be able to hold in her palm.
